Pickup policy
Ejido Meats offers weekend curbside pickup in Ciudad Acuna. We do not offer delivery; please order online and collect your order at the pickup location.
What you receive
Bring your order confirmation or order number and arrive during your selected window. Your beef is handed off frozen in individual vacuum-sealed packages, organized in pickup bag(s).
Changes & missed pickups
Contact us before your scheduled time to request a change. Changes depend on available capacity. With advance notice, we hold your order frozen for pickup the following weekend.
Cold storage & transport
Bring a suitable insulated cooler and keep your order frozen or cold after pickup. Retain your original packaging and itemized confirmation.
Review before you leave
Before leaving the pickup point, check your items, quantities, and packaging. If something is missing, incorrect, or has a visible packaging issue, tell us at pickup so we can make it right before you leave. Once pickup is complete, frozen and perishable orders are final.
Beef crossing guidance
The 50 lb weight is an order-planning reference based on guidance received at the Del Rio crossing; it is not a CBP clearance or guarantee of admission. Every traveler must declare food products when entering the United States, and final admission is determined by border authorities.
Final-sale items
Orders are prepared for pickup and are perishable, so sales are final except where required by applicable law or when we need to correct an order issue identified at pickup. Border admission, inspection, and any decision by authorities are outside Ejido Meats' control.

Do you ship meat to the United States?
No. Ejido Meats uses a Border Pickup model: order online and collect your frozen, individually vacuum-sealed beef in Ciudad Acuna.
